One Blue Sock
Theo Leo is a normal boy—except he eats worms, and collects twigs and feathers, and hops around on his one bare foot. He’s quite happy being different, if only his fluffy red arms didn’t make him so clumsy. Then one day, he flaps his arms and discovers he can fly! Some parents don’t “get it” but all the children I know seem to “get it” straight away.
It might not be in print, but it’s definitely worth trawling the second hand market for, or finding it in your local library.
